Caroline Eden is a writer focusing on Central Asia, the Caucasus and Eastern Europe. She contributes to various publications including the Financial Times and the Guardian. Caroline’s books have won the André Simon Food Book award, the Guild of Food Writer’s Food Book Award, and the Art of Eating Prize 2020, as well as shortlisted for the Fortnum & Mason awards. She lives in Edinburgh, Scotland.
