Shelina Permalloo

British-Mauritian chef Shelina swapped her office job for a career in food when she won MasterChef in 2012. Between opening a restaurant and writing cookbooks she has contributed to national publications, TV and radio. Her cookbook, Sunshine on a Plate, is a tribute to the vibrant food she grew up with.
