Vanessa Bolosier

Vanessa Bolosier learnt most of what she knows about cooking from her dad in the family kitchen in Guadeloupe. She runs private cookery classes and a supperclub in London (carib-gourmet.com). She is the author of cookbook Creole Kitchen (Pavilion, £25).
