This homemade Baileys makes a great present to take to hosts over the festive season and is great on its own, or when used to pimp-up hot chocolate.

- 400ml Irish whiskey
- 400ml single cream
- 200g tin condensed milk
- 2 tbsp camp coffee extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
step 1
Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high to mix well. Don’t over-blend as the cream will begin to whip. Pour into sterilized bottles and keep in the fridge for up to two months.
