- 40ml Ron Zacapa 23
- 20ml Aperol
- 15ml Grand Marnier
- 15ml Liqueur or 43
- 2 dashes Mozart chocolate bitters
- to serve orange rind
- to serve Rococo chocolate ball
Method

Put all of the ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir to mix and dilute, before pouring into a rocks glass over cubed ice. Garnish with an orange zest, and finish with the luxury Rococo chocolate ball, available from alexanderandjames.com
