How to choose kitchen scales
There are a few factors to consider when choosing a set of kitchen scales. Budget is important to think about – kitchen scales can range in price from as little as £10 to over £150.
Kitchen scales can be useful for both baking and cooking, but if you're only an occasional chef it's best to go for a set that can be easily packed away in a drawer or cupboard.
If you prefer to batch cook then you may want to look for scales which weigh up to 10kg, whereas if you're in a four-person household or less, a 5kg limit should suffice.
