  • 25ml bourbon
  • 25ml Campari
    (Cynar, an artichoke-based Italian amaro, would also work well)
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • orange twist
    to garnish

Method

  • step 1

    Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently until the outside of the glass is very cold, then strain into an old fashioned glass or tumbler and garnish with an orange twist.
