A vibrant and classic brunch-worthy cocktail that's a great alternative to other orange juice based cocktails, like buck's fizz. It's easily scaled from 1-100.

- 120ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 60ml vodka
- 10ml Galliano l'Autentico liqueur
Method
step 1
Pour the orange juice into a cocktail shaker with the vodka and add a handful of ice cubes, shaking well until the shaker feels very cold. Strain into a tall ice-filled glass and pour over the Galliano l’Autentico liqueur.
