Mezcal sunset cocktail recipe

  • 50ml mezcal
  • 1 tbsp Cointreau
  • 100ml grapefruit or orange juice
    (or a mixture of both)
  • 25ml grenadine
  • 1 orange wedge

Method

  • step 1

    Put the mezcal, Cointreau and grapefruit or orange juice into a large tumbler or highball filled with ice.

  • step 2

    Gently stir and drizzle over the grenadine. Garnish with an orange wedge.
