- 25ml gin
- 50ml coconut rum
- 100ml pineapple juice
- ice
- fresh pineapple wedgeto serve (optional)
- coriander or mint sprigto serve (optional)
Method
step 1
Pour the gin, coconut rum and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake until the shaker feels ice-cold. Strain into two glasses and serve. If you like, you can garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple, or a coriander or mint sprig.
