- 6 potatoespeeled and cut into cubes
- 1 oniondiced
- 3 allspice berrieslightly crushed (find them in the spice section)
- 250ml milk
- 750g white fish fillets
- 500g Atlantic peeled prawns
- 284ml carton single cream
- chopped to make 2 tbsp dill

Method
step 1
Put the potato, onion and allspice in a wide pan with 500ml water, the milk and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes until the potato is tender. Add the fish, cover, and cook for 3 minutes until opaque, then stir in the prawns, cream and dill and season. Heat through but don’t boil.
