Smoked haddock and prawn stew

Heat the oil in a pan, cook the onion until softened, then add the pepper and cook for 3 mins.
Stir in the harissa and tomato purée, and cook for 1 min, then add the stock and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the couscous, then simmer for 10 mins until just tender. Stir in the prawns and cook until pink. Stir in the coriander and serve.
