My children love onigiri with cheese. I never had it when I was young but they’re so delicious with salmon

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the salmon with a pinch of salt. Set aside to cool, then crumble the salmon into small pieces using your hands.
Crush the nori by hand to break it into smaller pieces. Mix together the rice, salmon, nori and cheese in a bowl until well combined.
Spread a quarter of the rice on a sheet of cling film or a wet hand. Hold the rice with both hands and form it into a triangle shape.
