
Spaghetti with tuna, capers and chilli

This couldn’t be easier – a great after work supper when you’re too tired to think! The only thing you need to cook is the spaghetti, then toss with the tinned tuna, capers, chilli, red onion, garlic and herbs.

- 400g spaghetti
- 1 red onionfinely chopped
- 2 red chillifinely chopped
- 2 cloves garliccrushed
- 2 tbsp capersrinsed and drained
- 2 small bunches flat-leaf parsleyroughly chopped
- 1 lemonjuiced
- 2 × 185g tins in spring water tunadrained
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Method
step 1
Cook the spaghetti following the pack instructions. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Drain the pasta then toss everything together, season and serve.
