This tropical smoothie bowl is really easy to prepare and made with vegetables and refreshing fruits including carrot, pineapple, kiwi and papaya. Use mint leaves and coconut shavings to garnish or mix and match with different toppings

- 100ml coconut water
- 1/2 bananasliced
- 1 kiwi fruitpeeled and sliced
- 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp coconut shavings
- small mint leaves

Method
step 1
Put the smoothie mix and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and arrange over the toppings. Squeeze over lime and add a few mint leaves to finish.
