- 2 skinless chicken breastscut into 3cm pieces
- 3 tbsp jerk sauce or seasoning
- 1 red peppercut into pieces
- 1 yellow peppercut into pieces
- 1 red onioncut into pieces

Method
step 1
Put the chicken in a bowl, season, then add the jerk sauce and marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge.

Thread the chicken and vegetables on 8 pre-soaked wooden skewers, brush with oil and grill, or griddle, for 6-8 minutes, turning regularly.
