
Halloumi pizzettes with caper and chilli dressing

These mini-pizzas are seriously moreish. For an even quicker meal, serve fried slices of halloumi with the dressing spooned over with some warm pitta breads.

- 300g ciabatta mix
- 250g block halloumivery thinly sliced
- ½ red onionvery thinly sliced
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp capersdrained
- 1 red chillifinely chopped
- ½ small clove garliccrushed
- a handful parsleychopped to serve

Method
step 1
Heat the oven to 200c/fan 180c/gas 6. Make up the ciabatta mix and divide into 2.
Roll out into ovals and put them on a large baking sheet.
Divide the halloumi and red onion between them, season and drizzle with a little oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed.step 2
Mix the rest of the ingredients with 2 tbsp olive oil and season. Spoon over the hot pizzettes before eating.
